Who I am

Hello!

Hi, I am Julia! I am a fitness instructor with a sports science degree, certified yoga teacher, and atmologist. I help women improve their energy, awareness, and balance through mindful movement and breathing. In online sessions, I guide each woman to connect gently with her body and mind.

I also host women’s retreats at my quiet country house, offering a mix of exercise, rest, and self-care to refresh body and mind. Additionally, I organize fitness tours that combine movement, relaxation, and wellness for deeper self-care.

My approach focuses on connecting breath, body, and present moment to support lasting health tailored to each woman’s needs.
