This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services and products offered through this website.

1. Online Sessions & Consultations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.
Missed sessions without notice are considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
2. Personal Responsibility
Session packages and longer programs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Unused sessions within a package must be used within the stated validity period.
Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
3. Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place.
If a retreat is paid in full and cancellation occurs:
More than 60 days before the start date: partial refund may be offered (excluding deposit)

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Travel costs (flights, transfers, insurance) are not the responsibility of the organizer.
4. Digital Products & On-Demand Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
5. Memberships & Subscriptions
Monthly or recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for that billing period.
Access will continue until the end of the paid cycle.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of serious illness or emergency, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
Supporting documentation may be requested.
