1. Booking & Payment

• A retreat place is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment is received.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

• Failure to complete payments may result in loss of your retreat place without refund.

2. Travel & Insurance

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover illness, injury, cancellation, and travel disruption.

• The retreat organizer is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

3. Health & Participation

By attending the retreat, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities

• You take full responsibility for your health and well-being

• You will inform the organizer of any relevant medical conditions in advance

Participation in yoga, movement, or wellness practices is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Retreat Program

• The retreat schedule is subject to change due to weather, location conditions, or other unforeseen

• Activities may be adjusted to support the group’s well-being and safety.

• No refunds are provided for missed activities or schedule changes.

5. Accommodation

• Room allocations are confirmed based on availability at the time of booking.

• Shared rooms require respectful and considerate behavior.

• Damages to accommodation or property may result in additional charges.

6. Conduct & Community

Participants are expected to:

• Respect the retreat space, facilitators, and other guests

• Maintain appropriate boundaries and personal responsibility

• Avoid disruptive or harmful behavior

The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behavior negatively affects others, without refund.

7. Liability

The retreat organizer is not liable for:

• Injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property

• Accidents occurring during free time or excursions

• Events outside the organizer’s control

Participation is at your own risk.

8. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organizer in advance.

9. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or government regulations.
